Several postdoctoral positions are available in The Children's Brain Tumor Project (Department of Neurological Surgery) in the Souweidane, Greenfield, and Dahmane groups to perform basic and translational research to improve outcomes for children with brain tumors by advancing scientific discovery and clinical therapeutics. Research in the Children's Brain Tumor Project focuses on developmental neurobiology, brain cancer biology, CRISPR screens, targeted therapy, effective drug delivery approaches, and low treatment-related toxicity for various pediatric brain tumors, including Diffuse midline gliomas, medulloblastoma, ETMR, ATRT, choroid plexus carcinomas. The lab seeks postdoctoral fellows with experience in cancer biology, immunology, and nanotherapeutics. Experience in molecular biology, mouse models of cancer, developmental biology, computational biology, pharmacokinetics/dynamics, and theranostics would be advantageous.
